Refund & Exchange Policy
Order Not Delivered (Courier Delay)
If your order is not delivered due to a courier delay, you may request a cancellation. Once we confirm the non-delivery with the courier, your refund will be processed.
The refund will be sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Wrong Size Sent (Our Mistake)
If we send the wrong size by mistake, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and provide a photo of the item received.
Exchange by Buyer Request
If you ordered the correct product but want to exchange it for a different size, and the item is unused and in original condition, you can request an exchange.
The buyer is responsible for both sending the item back and covering the delivery cost of the replacement.
Alternatively, the buyer may drop off the item at our location (same location we deliver from) and collect the exchanged item directly.
